The Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) is similar to the Canadian Express Entry. The similarity is that both programs use a points-based ranking system.
The total points of an applicant depend on some factors and criteria in 9 aspects. The total points you have at the end of the day will determine whether you will be selected or not.
The 9 ranking criteria have been highlighted below.
1. Training
The training factor looks at the highest level of education that an applicant has.
2. Work Experience
This factor considers the work experience you have in your career, and how it is relevant to your application. It will also consider the places where you have worked and the duration.
3. Age
This criterion will use your age to determine how eligible you are. Most points are given to immigrants between the ages of 18 and 35. 
4. Proficiency In French And English Language

5. Time Spent In Quebec And Family Relationships
