The sponsorship is available to undergraduate or graduate students studying an accredited degree at any recognised university in Australia. As a sponsored student you will receive a salary to study, your HELP and student fees covered from when sponsorship starts and many other benefits. The Defence University Sponsorship includes:
A salary while you complete your studies – $47,715 for undergraduates and $66,226 for medical graduates.
Assistance with your HELP fees – From the point your sponsorship is approved, the ADF will pay your HELP fees up to the Commonwealth Supported Place amount. With double degrees, only the eligible sponsored degree units will be paid for.
